Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Great effort has been made to guarantee the genuine precision of all product colors and styles displayed on our website. Nonetheless, there are instances when we receive inaccurate images, descriptions, and/or samples, which may differ from the actual product we deliver. In such cases, we will gladly refund any orders that do not correspond to our website.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

After your order has been dispatched, we regret to inform you that we are unable to modify or alter the delivery address. However, we are more than willing to provide you with the contact information of your courier so that you can directly communicate with them regarding any necessary changes. Please be aware that certain couriers may impose additional charges for alterations to the delivery address.

Please note that Ritualskart cannot be held accountable for any lost packages once a customer has personally arranged a redirection with a courier company.

How can I return an item?

You can request returns for most items on Ritualskart.com that are labeled as "returnable" on the product detail page and within the specified 'return window' period. Products that are physically damaged, defective, have missing parts, or differ from their description on the product details page are eligible for return.

If an item is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

Although we strive to maintain adequate stocks of our products, we sometimes experience shortages, especially with popular items and during the holiday season. If you would like to inquire about the availability of a specific product, please contact us by phone or email, and we will make every effort to provide you with a restocking date.

When will I receive the replacement item/credit/refund?
Once we receive your return, we will process your request within 1-3 business days. If you are requesting a refund to your original payment method, please be aware that it may take 3-5 days for your financial institution to clear the funds and deposit them back into your account.
